Our chainmaille process
The choice of materials and patterns are crucial in creating our unique chainmaille pieces.

Chainmail or Chainmaille
Which spelling is correct? The short answer: both.
Chainmail is the generic term for things made from interlocking rings.
Chainmaille is derived from French "Maille" which means “stitch,” “mesh,” “link,” “netting,” or “stitch.” In this case, any cloth that is woven or knitted. Thus, "Chain Maille" is netting of knitted chain, and the traditional term used for medieval armor.
To help differentiate from junk email, we use the spelling Chainmaille.
